Ciara White-Sparks is a dynamic media mogul, junior publicist, and host who was appointed as the inaugural Miss Curvy Global Icon 2024. As a  Las Vegas, Nevada native Ciara transcends the role of a beauty queen; she is a dedicated mentor and role model with a fervent commitment to empowering youth and helping them unlock their full potential. Through her organization, "FBW the Movement," Ciara offers mentorship and mental health-focused workshops to young women of color aged 12-22. Her dedication to shaping the next generation is evident in her active participation in mentoring programs designed to nurture young aspirations.

With over 12 years of experience in pageantry, this Las Vegas native multiple state and national titles. She has achieved a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Communications with a concentration in Marketing from Hampton University. Currently serving as a Junior Publicist in Entertainment/Influencer Public Relations. Ciara is charting an ambitious course for the future. She envisions launching her own Influencer PR and Marketing agency and embark on an entrepreneurial journey that aligns with her passion for mentoring. Her vision includes bridging the gap between influencers and top-tier brands to support the HBCU/BIPOC creative community. As a content creator and mid-size curve model she is passionate about representation and inclusivity within the social media landscape. 

As the inaugural Miss Curvy Global Icon, Ciara aims to amplify her nonprofit organizations workshops and offerings. She also plans to spotlight environmental injustice and address food deserts in communities of color through her passion initiative, "Green Spaces, Equal Faces: Fighting for Environmental Racism." Her commitment to mentorship and social advocacy underscores her role as a transformative force for positive change. Most recently, the investigative journalism project she contributed to, which was featured in Climate News, won the 2024 Hearst Journalism Award for its in-depth research and environmental findings.
